Introduction
Sabji is a vegetable dish that is an important part of Indian food and is consumed in every household. The Subzi masala makes the preparation of any vegetable easier as it adds a texture and flavor to the vegetable dish. To make any vegetable be it aloo gobi, mix veg, aloo mutter, or any other combination of veggies of your choice. The subzi masala has all the components need in any dish so the only thing that needs to be adjusted is the salt added to the vegetable. A simple recipe of mixed veg follows
ingredients needed: vegetables like peas, potatoes diced, carrots diced, capsicum, oil, cumin, seeds, onion paste/ diced, garlic mince, turmeric powder, tomato paste, Sabji masala,
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter
- Add onion, paste, minced garlic, and chilly paste according to your spice tolerance and saute until golden in color
- Add the diced vegetables and cover and cook until tender for 6-8 minutes
- Add turmeric and tomato paste and roast it for a few minutes
- Add RupaniSubzi masala and salt to taste
- Garnish with coriander and your sabzi is ready to be served.
