Introduction
It is a spice blend that people usually use in Indian Cuisine. With its rich taste and heavenly aroma, it makes the dish much tastier.
Ingredients
- Chickpeas
- Olive oil, ghee
- Garam masala
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Chilli powder (for taste)
- Onions, Tomatoes, Amchur
- Ginger garlic
Preparation
- Start by cutting the onion and tomatoes into small pieces. Now lit a pan on the stove, add some olive oil to it and sautee the vegetables with some chillies.
- Now add the spices t the mixture along with garam masala, pepper and salt.
- Add garlic, diced ginger to the mix and stir it.
- Add some water to the mixture and mix it well till the gravy thickens.
- In another pot, soak the chickpeas till they soften and boil them till they cook.
- Now combine both the mixtures. Add some lemon and stir it well.
- Viola! Now you can take it into the bowl and serve it.
- You can eat this chickpea curry with both rice and chapati or any other bread of your choice.
